In April, we will have a sewing night at First United Methodist Church to work on quilts for fire survivors. Please join us!
At our March zoom meeting Allison demonstrated how to make string pieced blocks, and in our February newsletter there are instructions on how to make Perkiomen blocks. At our April meeting we will sew the blocks together. Bonus: both these blocks are great ways to use up your scraps! First United Methodist Church of Santa Monica (FUMC) 1008 11th Street, Santa Monica CA 90403 Please join us! We are a supportive group welcoming quilters of all skill levels. No experience necessary! Guest fee is $5 per meeting. Free parking available in the Church Parking structure across the street. |
